Module 1: Clarifying Your Vision-Learn how to brainstorm,organize, and develop your action plan for your term. This process will give you clarity to help get buy in from the team.

Module 2: Knowing Your Tribe- This process will allow you to learn about different personality types and facilitate identifying and leading each type in your environment. As a Bonus during the Beta Phase you will receive a free resource to test your children so you can harmonize and align your household a little smoother.

Module 3: Effective Communication- During this lesson you will learn the best communication styles and how to develop effective communication skills to use with your team. 

Module 4: Developing the Leader in You-This lesson will go over 15 items you will need to be aware of to be a more effective leader.

Module 5: Asking Great Questions to Succeed- Getting to know what the right questions are to ask of your team and membership will give you a greater understanding of how to serve your community.
